What are your hours?

The ACG Business Services Team is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. Weekend support requests can be accommodated, but must be agreed in advance.
Are you an MSP?

ACG Business Services is a MSP (Managed Services Provider) offering a full range of services to support your business. Our RMM system (Remote Monitoring and Management) ensures that our team is made aware of any potential technology disruption to your business operations, and gives us the ability to rectify the issue or remotely connect to a device and provide support. We also offer an Enterprise Cloud Data Backup solution (which can form part of your Disaster Recovery Plan) and Premium Anti-Virus protection via our partnership with Webroot.
What are your on-site Service Call charges?

Our on-site Service Calls are charged at a minimum of 1hr, and then every 15mins after that, and are variable depending on the customer’s location. We do not charge for travel time, and do not expect any payment up front. Once our work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction we will issue an invoice, payable within 30 days. Please call our Business Services Team for more information on or current charging rates for your location.

We support small businesses of any size. Our customers range from single CPAs, with one workstation and an ISP supplied modem/router, to large Orthopaedic Centers with 40+ workstations, multiple locations, servers and Sonicwall or Watchguard firewalls providing VPN site to site connectivity. Our Team is also proficient in supporting Mesh Wifi installations (specializing in Cisco and Ubiquiti), and VoIP solutions.
